Chinese Egg-Fried
Vegetable Rice

Preparation Time : 15 Minutes

Cooking Time : 30 Minutes


  • 1 cup of Sunrice Long-Grained Rice or Sunrice Vietnam Fragrant Rice 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 100 gms french beans 
  • 100 gms carrot 
  • 100 gms capsicum 
  • 4 sticks celery 
  • 1 bunch spring onions 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce 
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto (M.S.G) 
  • 4 tsp refined oil
  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste 


Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate. Keep aside. 

Whisk together the eggs, 2 teaspoons of water, salt and pepper and shallow fry on a non-stick pan to make an omlette. 

Cut into bite-sized pieces and keep aside. 

Cut the vegetables into small pieces, lengthwise. Chop the leaves of the spring onions. 

Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel andadd the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the rice,omelete, soya sauce and salt. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes. 

Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
